research and articles

Alongside my clinical and consulting work, I enjoy collaborating with clinicians and academics to develop awareness and the evidence base of psychologically-informed approaches to support surgeons and healthcare teams. I am a member of the University of Bournemouth Surgeon Wellbeing Research team, and also conduct research on staff wellbeing in my role at North Bristol NHS Trust, where we have developed a clinician led Staff Trauma | Support pathway, offering preventative, responsive and specialist support for adverse events.
