what matters to you?

Together, we will develop a shared understanding about what is important to you, and what might be getting in the way from you reaching your potential.
I draw on a range of clinical approaches, with particular experience grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy & Coaching (ACT). ACT is a practical, compassionate and evidence-based approach that strengthens three key pillars of wellbeing and performance:

Be Present - Focused attention skills to strengthen present moment awareness
Open up - Practicing techniques to untangle from unhelpful thoughts, feelings and memories
Do What Matters - Clarifying personal values so you can take active steps towards personally meaningful goals

This is about understanding and focusing on what matters to you and making meaningful changes that make a difference to you and those around you.
